beadss

beadss is a mala bead counter for mantra practice. It is designed with your privacy as a priority.

How We Use Data

Your practice data (session counts, rounds, mala profiles) is used only to display your practice history within the app. Crash report data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. We do not sell, share, or monetize any data.

What Data We Collect

beadss stores all your practice data — session counts, round history, and mala profiles — locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone. We do not have access to it, and it is not transmitted to any server.

Crash Reporting

We use Sentry, a third-party crash reporting service, to help us identify and fix bugs. When the app crashes, Sentry may collect:

Sentry does not collect personal identifiers, names, email addresses, or any of your practice data. For more information, see Sentry's privacy policy.

No Accounts or Cloud Sync

beadss does not require account creation, login, or any form of authentication. There is no cloud sync feature. Your data lives exclusively on your device.

No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services beyond the crash reporting described above.

Data Retention

Since your practice data is stored locally, you control it entirely. Uninstalling the app removes all data. Crash reports in Sentry are retained for 90 days.

Children's Privacy

beadss does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since the app does not collect personal data, it is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
